As a management consultant, coach and mentor of 45 years, a corporate manager before that and a business owner – I know this to be true. There is no doubting the rationale you propose in your comments just that it sort of hand-balls the conversation over to some mystical ‘man’?

Is it even the right question to be circulating, publishing?

Could the statement,” Let women see themselves in Leadership Roles and identify how they can present that way”.
or
Let’s move the statement from the somewhat potential negative, from the numerous justifications, from the ‘wake up and smell the roses men.’
(Women can be just as difficult to hire other women OR they hire just become the person is a woman).
Just some thoughts.
