More about behaviours that don’t seem to match community or business needs in the paper today. The shocking thing is that these SafeWork people are n fact people. They want to do a good job but is the organisation supporting them. They heed skills, they need to feel safe themselves – safe from repercussions, safe in their positions. That needs Organisational alignment, agility and leading behaviours.
Their work is so important, we all need to rely on their ability and their best endeavours. Additionally, if they are they are to be the arbitors re bullying, they cannot come from a bullying environment – so much more is needed to be achieved within their own workplace!
